The young actress's breasts have been making headlines as of late. According to News reports, she had undergone breast transplantation in London few years back. And recently she had her nose and lips job in America. In order to have these surgeries, she had gained weight.
In addition to her boobs, Sruthi's lips appear bigger and her body is curvier; which is probably a result of her surgeries.
